What began as a modest operation at Tolworth Station in 1992 has grown into one of the most respected and dynamic transport groups in

the South East, Zedcarz Group.



It started with just three vehicles and a clear vision. Founder Zed Juneja believed that private hire could be more than simply getting from one place to another, it could be a reliable and personal service built on trust, consistency, and genuine care. That vision quickly connected with customers, and within just two years the fleet had expanded to more than thirty vehicles, with a growing reputation for professionalism and dependability.

From those early days, the journey has been shaped not only by growth, but by the people behind it. Drivers, office teams, and loyal customers have all played an important role in building the business step by step. Their trust and continued support have been at the heart of everything Zedcarz has achieved.

The company has always looked to move forward with purpose. In 2009 Zedcarz took an important step by welcoming Albert Cars into the business, a respected local operator in Walton. This marked the beginning of a thoughtful approach to growth, bringing together like minded companies that shared the same values and commitment to service.

This momentum continued in 2010 with the addition of Maxi Cars, then Surrey’s largest private hire company, and Jubilee Cars, known for its reliable airport transfers. These milestones expanded the reach of the group while strengthening the quality and variety of services offered.

Over the years that followed, the group continued to grow steadily. Palace Cars joined in 2012, followed by Green Leaf Transportation in 2013, adding a focus on more environmentally conscious travel. In 2016 Mogul Cars and the Oak Market Group became part of the journey, further strengthening the group’s capabilities and presence within the community.

Growth continued in the years ahead, with Saxon Cars joining in 2018, Crown Cars in 2019, and Travelsure in 2022. Each addition brought its own strengths, helping to shape a wider network built on shared standards and a commitment to delivering a reliable service.

More recently, Conquest Cars joined in 2023, bringing a strong and loyal customer base, followed by Rays Executive Drive in 2024, marking a move into premium chauffeur services and bespoke travel experiences.

Today, Zedcarz Group proudly works with over four hundred private hire drivers and more than sixty couriers, all contributing to a service that operates around the clock. This scale has been achieved through years of dedication, teamwork, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

While the business has grown, the values remain the same. There is a genuine sense of gratitude towards the drivers who represent the company every day, the office teams who keep everything running smoothly, and the customers who continue to place their trust in the service.
